Of course, we offer unmatched tenant improvement construction. Tenant improvement and remodeling is what we do.... it's ALL we do. So you get the benefit of 30+ years of experience in the field. We understand that this is probably a huge investment for you, and you want to get the best value for your money. Also, you don't want to sign a contract for construction and then mid-way through the project find out about huge change orders. We walk subs through every project , ask questions about everything we see, and try to nail down all the details BEFORE the job bids to try to minimize surprises. We love to work with building owners and property developers and "get in on the ground floor." In buildings where we provide all the tenant finish services, it gives the owner the assurance of having a single source of responsibility in the event of a problem. We have worked in several buildings where we agreed to finish tenant spaces based on guaranteed unit pricing as spaces were leased, guaranteeing you fixed costs for a set term. We do a lot of work in occupied buildings and have a reputation for keeping the spaces clean and accessible with minimum interference. Also as a building owner, you can be confident that Advanced Interior Systems pays all of our subs and suppliers within a day or two of receiving a check from you or your tenant, thereby reducing the risk that liens may be placed on your property. Every attempt will be made to comply with your building's design and construction criteria. We are happy to work with you and/or your tenants to do estimates or to negotiate contracts.

From concept to completion, you can be confident that we make every possible effort to maintain your trust. And, it works both ways ... if we have a great relationship with you, we can refer to you customers looking for an architect. We like to have a team relationship with professionals, so that we are free to ask questions and offer suggestions that may save your clients time or money. In the conceptual stages of a project, we can offer estimating and scheduling services, as well as helping with product selection, trade expertise, and value engineering options.
