The unprecedented progress in the high-tech, electronics, and communications fields necessitates that we keep ourselves on the leading edge. We have completed projects that contain all types of data requirements, from fiberoptic to multi-use systems. We work with the tenant's consultants to insure a smooth and safe installation. Electrical, mechanical, and fire systems for entire buildings are now run almost completely by computer, and as spaces are completed they must be integrated into the system without disturbances. In addition, we have constructed a number of clean room facilities and highly specialized research laboratories that require technically sophisticated construction.

This state of the art sound recording studio utilizes specialized acoustic construction designed by Studio BauTon of California, including floating floors and walls, sophisticated electronics, and specially designed HVAC systems that eliminated the sound of air flow.
