The scope of medical projects we have completed includes a wide variety of physician, chiropractic, dental offices, regional health care clinics, specialized hospital units, and medical research facilities. These types of facilities require extensive knowledge of appropriate building and handicap accessibility codes. Hospital unit remodels require coordination of new work with existing systems and the ability to make patient needs a paramount concern. We have constructed two regional health care facilities from the ground up using fast track methods to shorten construction time.

Rocky Mountain Medical Center
These two projects, Utah Cancer Specialists (left), and Physician's Time Share (right), are just a few that A.I.S. did at Rocky Mountain Medical Center. We negotiated an open contract for all tenant improvements in this medical office building, as well as a complete remodel of common areas, including interior design services.

Notice how creative architectural design elements and the use of color make a dramatic impact in the reception area of Dr. Preble's office. The challenging woodwork and other finish details required a very high level of quality and workmanship.

This is one of two regional clinics that A.I.S. built from the ground up for I.H.C. This 5,000 square foot fast-track project was completed in less than four months.
