We have a great deal of repeat business in particular buildings because they know they can count on us time after time. It can always be difficult to have a space under construction while a tenant remains in business, but we maintain a superior reputation for careful consideration of office workers in busy occupied buildings. We have had open contracts in several large office buildings where they are based on guaranteed unit pricing, and the construction was completed as spaces were leased.

N.A.I. UTAH COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
This is the conference room hallway of this stunning office. This building started out as a restaurant; all the equipment and finishes were completely removed. Because load bearing walls were also removed, this project included a complete upgrade of the roof structure.
COWBOY PROPERTIES OFFICE BUILDING
We have completed, expanded, or remodeled 12 spaces in this executive office building. The construction of the tenant finish for the Prowswood space, the building managment company, began before the shell was finished, so that the tenant's space was simultaneous with the completion of the building, and leasing operations could commence immediately.

We completed 13 spaces in this building on a guaranteed unit price contract, including work in the common area.
After the initial construction was completed, we were asked back by several tenants to remodel and/or add to their spaces.
