Advanced Interior Systems has done work in a variety of retail facilities all over the Western United States - from small strip centers to large regional malls. The scope of these projects ranges from "vanilla" finishing all spaces in a new building, to the challenging requirements of refinishing a space in a busy mall. We are experienced in the special needs of retail clients, from the smallest local shop to the largest national tenant and are sensitive to critical marketing deadlines and on-time completion due to holiday seasons or mall opening dates. We have an established relationship with many mall management staffs, who appreciate our ability to meet their criteria.

Each piece of this magnificant staircase and radius guard rail was custom built with no two pieces exactly alike. This required an extremely high level of cratfmanship and coordination to make it fit together perfectly.
This was the second high-line furniture store built for this repeat customer.

Family Dollar Stores
We have constructed six of these fast-track stores throughout Utah. These are all remodels of existing buildings, many of which have challenging existing conditions, such as asbestos, vandalism damage, or required building code upgrades. Advanced Interior Systems is one of only a handful of contractors approved to do Family Dollars' work on the Utah area.

After we completed this space, the owner and the leasing agent of High Bluff Plaza where so impressed with this store, they refered subsequent tenants to A.I.S. to complete their projects.

Corporate Offices
This multi-use facility serves as Nordic Track's corporate headquarters as well as a retail facility in a building outside of the traditional mall setting.
